Position Summary

In the very important role of Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for administering leaves including STD, LTD and FMLA, as well as other benefit and health/welfare programs!

Responsibilities for Benefits Administrator


Provides administration of all group benefits programs including but not limited to; group health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, flexible spending, and leave of absence. Primary focus for this role is leave administration, including STD, LTD, and FMLA.

Qualifications for Benefits Administrator


•	Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
•	At least 4 years in HR with a focus on Benefits Administration
•	Proficiency in MS Office
•	Exceptional customer service skills - internal and external customers
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits for Benefits Administrator


•	Salary : $55k
