Position Summary


This role will provide vital support to all aspects of the office by greeting all visitors, clients and guests on the telephone and in person in a pleasant and professional manner. This position will provide administrative support, and is instrumental in assuring the efficiency of the office. We are looking for someone who is dependable and organized with the ability to take direction and be a team player.

Responsibilities for Receptionist


Essential Functions:
•	Greet all visitors, vendors and applicants in a prompt and professional manner.
•	Answer incoming calls at front desk in a prompt and professional manner.
•	Respond to incoming faxes and emails in a timely and professional manner.
