Annual Paid Holidays
Work hard, but play harder! Choice staffing employees who work 1,500 hours, excluding overtime, in the 12 months preceding the day of the paid holiday are eligible for the holiday.
The recognized, paid holidays are Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving Day.
Annual Service Bonus
Temporary staffing employees in “good standing” can qualify to earn bonuses for their hours of service based upon 1,500 hours (excluding overtime) worked in 12 months from their designated start date.
Candidate Referral Bonus
Once your referral has been hired and works 160 regular hours during the first 6 weeks of their employment, you will earn a $50 referral bonus. Instruct the person you are referring to us, to put your name and contact information on their application under “How did you hear about Burnett or Choice?”
There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can earn!
